Cancellation is permitted, with full refund less an administrative charge of €50 providing notification is by September 30th, 2009; thereafter no refunds will be considered. Nevertheless, you may re-assign your registration to another person by October 15th, 2009.

Delegates, ISHS members and students fees include: accession to all scientific activities, volume of Acta Horticulturae, book of abstracts and other meeting documentation, coffee breaks and lunches on working-days. The accompanying-persons fee includes coffee breaks and working lunches. Accompanying persons are allowed if associated to a registered delegate and they are not the author or co-author of submitted contributions. Students, including PhD graduates or from equivalent Post Graduate courses, need a letter of presentation from their relevant PhD/Doctorate Coordinators or course Directors together with the registration form (at biotech2009@unict.it). The one-day registration fee includes the book of abstracts, coffee breaks and the working lunch that day.
